3 CREATE A DOCTOR
Help a graduate student complete his or her doctoral dissertation by funding a graduate research fellowship in the Oregon Humanities Center. Such fellowships enable students to attend a conference to present a paper, travel to a library or archive in another city or country to gather information, or purchase books or other research materials ($750).
