Regan Middleton-Moreland, Program Manager
When UO alumna Regan Middleton-Moreland entered the Annual
Giving Program Telefund Calling Center in October 2006,
a jubilant “Welcome Home!” cheer erupted among
the student callers that was heard half-a-block away.
A one-time student caller herself, this time, Regan was
returning as the annual giving program manager responsible
for coordinating faculty/staff and parents’ programs
and assisting with special gifts.
With an eye on anthropology when she first came to the UO
in 2001, Regan soon found her real niche when she applied
for a fundraising position with the annual giving program
in an effort to help pay her way through college.
She became engrossed in the need for academic giving and,
because of her exceptional fundraising skills, was soon
promoted up the ladder to lead caller and then supervisor.
Ultimately, she became responsible for analyzing and implementing
fundraising strategies to increase donor support and communication.
After her time at the UO, Regan served as volunteer manager
for Greenhill Humane Society coordinating hundreds of volunteers.
She is excited to be able to combine her passions of fundraising
and volunteer management in her role as program manager.
