Lillis Business Complex
The stunning new Lillis Business Complex has provided new classrooms, meeting areas, offices, and labs designed around the school’s experiential learning curriculum. Almost the entire cost was met with private gifts.

Project highlights:
The 196,500-square-foot complex provided space for experiential learning and small-group instruction and features six learning centers that cluster student resources, study areas, and faculty offices around particular disciplines. The building is a showcase for energy-saving and environmentally friendly features.
Features:
- Four-story atrium with photovoltaic panels that generation some of the facility’s energy needs
- Six tiered “case rooms" for sixty students each allowing for both standard lecture and team breakout sessions
- Distance learning classroom outfitted with teleconferencing technology
