Projected Cost: Not to exceed $200 million

Projected Funding: Long-term Article XI-F(1) Bonds that will be retired with athletic department revenues.

Possible Timeline:
  • Construction start: Summer 2008
  • Completion: Fall 2010
Projected Highlights:
The preliminary plan is for a building of approximately 380,000 square feet with seating for at least 12,500 spectators.

Possible Features:
  • Venue for men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball as well as regional and community access for other purposes
  • Two-story grand concourse lobby
  • UO Duck Store
  • Treatment center and weight room
  • Coffee shop
  • Club rooms, loge section
