Director or Sr. Director of Major Gifts
The Director/Sr. Director of Major Gifts serves as front line officer in the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) to promote university fundraising priorities and image to alumni, parents, and friends of the university.

Stewardship and Events Manager
The Stewardship and Events Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of special events including but not limited to events for University Advancement, the Office of the President and other university constituents. The Stewardship and Events Manager will be responsible for implementing the strategic plan developed by the Assistant Vice President for Stewardship and Public Events to engage the university's diverse internal and external audiences including the greater community, alumni, friends, faculty, staff, volunteers and donors. In addition, this position will maintain a systematic goal setting process and a formal evaluation procedure for advancement events.

Senior Associate Director of Development, JSMA
The Senior Associate Director of Development for JSMA is the lead fundraiser for the Museum. This position will concentrate equally on maturing the donor pipeline (soliciting gifts between $25k-$100k) and building a major gift ($100k+) portfolio. In close partnership with Museum leadership, the position will be charged with sustaining and growing the highly successful Masterworks on Loan Program. Additionally, the position will be responsible for securing gifts to the Patron's Circle, the JSMA's leadership annual giving program.

Associate Director of Integrated Marketing
Working closely with the Senior Director, the associate director works to further the goals and objectives of the Annual Philanthropy team and assists with the overall strategic development, management and execution of AP programs, campaigns and projects. The associate director is responsible for the direct solicitation of donors and members and will oversee two FTE staff members and a student intern, as well as, all internal fundraising efforts, including: Direct Mail, Email, Telefund, Crowdfunding, Day of Giving and AP Stewardship.

Associate Director, Prospect Management
Reporting to the Director of Prospect Management and Analytics, the associate director is responsible for making donor information and data more accessible to development staff and will develop reports and facilitate direct access to data that will help our fundraising efforts. The associate director will provide leadership and direct supervision of three prospect analysts and coordinate projects related to prospect development.

Telefund Manager
Reporting to the Associate Director of Integrated Marking, the Telefund Manager is responsible all aspects of the UO's highly successful Telefund outreach program (Duck Call) which fundraises for academic gifts from donors, alumni, parents and friends of the university.

Program Manager, Special Campaigns
Reporting to the Associate Director, Integrated Marketing, the Program Manager is responsible for implementing Annual Philanthropy Program's (AAP) annual giving direct marketing plan in support of the unit's academic fundraising goals. This position works with the Senior Director and Associate Director to develop creative, consistent and compelling communications for external and internal audiences.
